On January 8th at the Dürer Kert, emerging singer-songwriter Tímea Pászkány, performing under the name Csalogány, will premiere her third full-length album titled *Éjfél Hulló Gyöngyei*. This concert will mark the live debut of the Csalogány project's revamped band lineup. Additionally, the new album will be available on vinyl at the event.

Csalogány's music represents a truly unique world, blending avant-garde, dark folk, drone music, and traditional folk motifs in a special way. Her songs explore psychological themes, inner experiences, and emotional states, always ensuring that the listener not only understands them but experiences them as an emotional landscape. The central question is how the most hard-to-describe experiences unfolding within our souls can be shaped into sound.

The project gained wider recognition at the Kikeltető talent show, and since then, she has released two full-length albums. Furthermore, her music video for *Peremvidék (F3160)* has garnered significant international attention. It won first place at the London Music Video Awards, took second place at the Berlin Music Video Awards, and was also selected for the Odense Film Festival.

Tickets: Available from October 7, 2026, at 14:00

Dürer’s Magic Garden - Kámfor Puppet Theatre

On this evening, the entire “ments meg magamtól!” EP will finally be performed live!

The Hungarian-American pop-punk singer CARI has never confined herself to any particular style, but her EP, released in September, is more experimental and varied than ever before: whilst retaining their pop-punk roots, the tracks venture into drum & bass, pop, rap and more classic rock sounds. On this evening, the entire “ments meg magamtól!” EP will finally be performed live, but of course there’ll be no shortage of her earlier tracks either, and we’ll get a little taste of what’s to come in her next era!

Two special guests will also be joining the line-up: sets from Foxriver and BAD SYSTEM will further enhance the evening’s entertainment!

Tickets on sale from: Friday 2 October at 14:00

Doors open: 19:00

CARI:
The Hungarian-American singer CARI creates a unique sound by blending pop-punk, emo, dark pop and other alternative genres. She burst onto the Hungarian music scene in 2022 and has been creating non-stop ever since: her second EP, ‘ments meg magamtól!’, which pushes stylistic boundaries, was released in September, whilst she is actively working on her debut album and performing with her band at venues such as the A38 and Turbina. As a female artist, her aim is to fill a gap in the Hungarian alternative rock scene and to connect with listeners who draw strength from her music and lyrics, which convey profound themes and emotions.

https://linktr.ee/c4ri

Foxriver:
A modern metal sound, electronic elements, tight rock solos and catchy melodies - that’s Foxriver. The band is a five-piece from Budapest. Their debut album, *Embernek maradni*, was released on 8 May 2022, featuring nine tracks, and was self-released. Between 2022 and 2024, the band performed at Barba Negra alongside Counter Clockwise, at Dürer Kert’s small venue with NFR, and in the main hall as guests of the band FISH! The band has continued to forge ahead ever since: following a significant line-up change, they released their track ‘Sarkcsillag’ and a cover of beton.hofi’s ‘BAGIRA’ this year, whilst working on new songs.

BAD SYSTEM:
The weight of everyday life often bears down on us in silence, and there are times when, in an instant, we lose our footing. Yet it is these breaking points that hold the potential: this is where strength is born, when we realise that the real turning point begins within us. BAD SYSTEM’s music accompanies us on this inner journey, guiding us through the difficulties, recharging us with energy and giving us the momentum to rise again and carry on.

If you’ve been searching for an evening where you can be clever, take a bold guess and have a good laugh at the same time, then this is the place for you.

That feeling when someone in the team confidently gives an answer… and it ends in either a round of applause or everyone clutching their heads in laughter. That’s exactly why we love the general knowledge quiz: here, every round is new territory, and every table has its own legendary moment. In the atmosphere of Dürer Kert – Budapest, what counts now is a combination of sound logic, pop culture knowledge and that odd fact you never knew why you’d remembered. There’ll be questions where quick thinking gets you ahead, whilst at other times image recognition or a snippet of a song will solve the mystery. Collect those head-scratching ‘where have I seen this before?’ moments and turn them into points. If you’ve been searching for an evening where you can be clever, take a bold guess and have a good laugh at the same time, then this is the place for you. 🧠✨🍻

On 27 November, ék will take to the stage once again.

"Right from the start, we’ve made it our mission - even if unspoken - that no two of our concerts will ever be the same. Sometimes slow, sometimes fast, sometimes loud, sometimes quiet, sometimes intense, sometimes lively, we always play whatever the song calls for.
We don’t always know where the moment will take us either.
Over the years we’ve spent together, we’ve strived to explore the musical, stylistic and emotional spectrum in as much detail as possible and to share it with you, thereby preserving both our diversity and our own curiosity. We believe in personal connections and shared moments, which is why we consider performing live to be our most important mission, because it is then that genuine encounters between a band and its audience take place."

On 27 November, ék will take to the stage once again, and the set list will feature several new songs, so the evening will not only be a retrospective of the band’s work to date, but also a glimpse into the direction ék is heading in now.
Milokey will open the evening.

Tickets are available on the Tixa platform!

The concert is supported by the National Cultural Fund.

Braindogs: An All-Star Homage to the Music of Tom Waits

It began nearly 25 years ago as a one-night-only event, but thanks to its overwhelming success, it has become the most important winter tradition of the year: the Braindogs are reuniting again this year to pay tribute to the master’s body of work on the occasion of Tom Waits’s birthday!

On 6 December at Dürer Kert, Tom Waits’ songs and his controlled madness will once again be brought to life by an international supergroup. On stage, artists who are influential in their own right, such as Ian Siegal, Ripoff Raskolnikov, Mischa den Haring, Frenk, Szabolcs Nagy, Laca Varga and Andor Gábor UFO – will join forces.
