The Dürer Magic Garden is launching, and from now on we’ll be welcoming children and families on a regular basis with playful, fairy-tale programs! On February 1, the gates of the Magic Garden open for the very first time, marking the start of a joyful Carnival celebration: mask-making, mini drum painting, fire juggling, laughter, and lots of fun await you as we say goodbye to winter and invite spring to arrive.
Let’s gather together, young and old alike, in good spirits and colorful costumes, singing and celebrating, let the winter-chasing carnival begin!

SOFA BAR
Play mat & nursing corner
A quiet island in the middle of the buzz, where the youngest children can safely crawl and play on soft mats, while mothers can care for their babies in a calm, comfortable environment.
MAIN HALL
2:00-4:00 PM - Drum Circle for Kids
Everyone finds their rhythm here! A joyful, interactive drumming session where children can discover the magical world of percussion instruments and the power of making music together.
2:00–4:00 PM - Juggling Prop Playground
Ever wondered how a spinning plate works or what the secret of juggling clubs is? Here you can hold and try out exciting juggling props under the guidance of professional helpers.
4:00–5:00 PM - Aranyalma Duo Fairy-Tale Concert
During the three days of Carnival we journey into the world of carnival festivities and animal disguises, full of jokes, games, songs, and the playful tale of Ilók and Mihók. Who is the bear? Who is the fox? Maybe only Mihók knows. Come along and find out!
CRAFT ACTIVITIES (Main Hall)
Winter-Chasing Mask Making
Put on a new face and scare winter away! Create your own cheerful or spooky carnival mask and become part of the festive whirl.
Mini Drum Painting
Create your own rhythm instrument! Decorate small drums with unique colors and patterns so you can join the celebration with your very own instrument.
Lucky Wheat Planting & Pot Decorating
Take a little life home with you! Decorate a flower pot, plant wheat grains, and watch at home as the symbol of springtime luck and abundance begins to sprout.
SMALL HALL
Laser Maze (Carnival Challenge ☝️)
Ready for the mission? Test your agility and speed! Crawl between beams of light, solve the puzzle, and make it through the maze without touching the lasers.
GARDEN / COURTYARD
When night falls, the flames come alive!
5:00 PM – Fire Juggling Show
A spectacular performance where dancing flames and skilled jugglers mesmerize the audience after dark.
5:10 PM – Burning of the “Kisze” Doll
Say goodbye to worries and the cold! Following tradition, we’ll burn the winter-symbolizing effigy together to make way for renewal and spring.
The day ends with communal drumming and a circle dance, celebrating the coming of spring around the crackling fire.

Face Painting, Glitter Tattoos & Hair Braiding
Visit the beauty corner, where professional face painting, sparkling glitter tattoos, and colorful braids will transform you from head to toe for the celebration!
