Bëlga was formed in 1998 and has been performing continuously since 1999. To date, they have released 14 studio albums, one live album, two remix albums, a karaoke DVD, and numerous music videos.
The members of Bëlga are DJ Titusz, Még5, Bauxit, and Tokyo, joined by DJ Marvin and MC Fedora. Their music appeals to everyone — from ages 0 to 100.
Bëlga has performed on the main stages of all major Hungarian festivals (including Sziget, Félsziget, Volt, Balaton Sound, EFOTT, Fishing on Orfű, Campus, SZIN, MEN, Vibe, Pannonia, and Hegyalja), and during the autumn–spring seasons they play sold-out club shows across the country.
Since 2016, the band has been filling the Main Hall of Akvárium Klub with double concerts, and they have also given special performances at venues such as the Palace of Arts (Müpa), Katona József Theatre, Trafó House of Contemporary Arts, and Millenáris Park. They have also performed abroad on multiple occasions — in Romania, Slovakia, Serbia, France, Ireland, and Belgium.
Bëlga has appeared on Hungarian television shows such as Friderikusz: A szólás szabadsága and Hajós András: Magánszám. Two major documentaries — Propaganda and Partizán — have been made about the band’s story, and their work has been recognized with Fonogram, Viva Comet, and Hungarian Clip Show awards.
