Local and regional breweries from the neighboring countries plus the selection of the local distributors and the specialties of domestic beer shops again this year in September at Dürer Kert, Budapest.
KRAFT has always been at the bottom of our hearts. A beer festival featuring regional names where Hungarian kraft breweries are in the spotlight. It’s not an unlimited all-you-can-drink festival (perhaps we’re better known for that), but a token-based, pay-per-drink, casual event for not only the beer geeks but every beer fan (even the ones who just started their journey with special beers). Needless to say, we'll have concerts in the background, we also invited food trucks and selectors-djs, but basically, we wanted an all-round, close-knit, outdoor festival with all the good vibes.
The Budapest Beer Week team evokes the unparalleled, liberating atmosphere of international beer festivals with this event, as brewers will personally tap their beers, so you can have a nice talk between barrel-aged imperial stouts and fruity berliner weisses. Of course, there will also be classic lagers and ales for lovers of more traditional flavors, to make sure everyone finds their happiness at the end of the day.
The entry to the festival is FREE, but if you would like to have some beers, you will have to purchase a KRAFT branded festival-glass, and some tokens. The official currency of the festival is the token. All the BPBW and KRAFT glassware from the previous years are valid, just like the KRAFT tokens you have left from the previous editions.

On 29th July, one of the most promising new stars of black metal, the Portuguese Gaerea, will be back to Hungary to present their latest album at Dürer Kert.

Hanabie. is ready for their first headline concert in Hungary.


Hanabie. is an all-girl metalcore band from Tokyo who, despite their girlish appearance, are a heavy riffing force. The band is going on a European tour this fall, so we can catch them
at Dürer Kert on November 23.

Lil Tracy is best known for his song Awful Things with Lil Peep, he is one of the most influential figures in SoundCloud rap, although he has also sold over 4 million records and garnered billions of streams in his own right. The rapper is famous for his excellent fusion of rap music, trap, emo, punk and alternative music, and is also very active in songwriting. His most recent material was released in February under the title Babyvamp, and his first world tour is now coming to Budapest: Lil Tracy will be performing for the first time on 5 November at Dürer Kert.

The unquestionable legend of gothic metal, the pioneers of death/doom, and one of the most influential bands in British metal, Paradise Lost has been writing the history of the genre since 1988. Originating from Halifax, West Yorkshire, the band cemented their place among the giants of the genre with seminal albums like Icon, Gothic, and Draconian Times. With sixteen studio albums, four EPs, and numerous compilations, reissues, and live recordings, Paradise Lost has become an essential figure in international extreme metal.
Having crossed their tenth anniversary, the Italian doom masters, Messa, take another step toward legendary status with their grand fourth album, The Spin. The album invites the listener on a breathtaking journey across the wide open skies of their creative imagination, through a beautiful landscape of moods, twists, and styles. Starting from the band's eclectic, self-defined style of Scarlet Doom, The Spin rises and falls, broods and bites, comforts and destroys – all while resonating with both instinctive, magical energy and obsessive, deliberate effort.
Their Latin name means "to shed tears" – and indeed, Lacrimas Profundere has been treading the path of dark, melancholic music for more than two decades. Originally a defining figure in the gothic death-doom scene, the band’s sound has evolved over time into a more refined, melodic gothic rock/metal direction, influenced by bands such as HIM and The 69 Eyes. However, with their 2019 album Bleeding the Stars, they rediscovered their heavier early roots and returned to their iconic sound, blending dark romance with crushing riffs. Lacrimas Profundere is not only one of the most distinctive bands in the classic gothic metal scene in terms of style, but also in stage presence – their concerts are raw, emotional, and unforgettable.

We came, we saw, we won - a sustainability-focused grant tailored specifically for you, the cycling community! We seized the opportunity, and we're not only bringing you exciting new infrastructure developments, but we’re also celebrating the victory in true cyclist-style!

So saddle up your bikes, because on September 7th, starting early afternoon, we’re rolling out a full lineup of programs where thematic slide shows for the little ones, a quirky bicycle collection, a bouncy castle, and a kids’ skill track will coexist in harmony with a laid-back roundtable discussion - plus plenty more surprises!
We’ll round off the evening with a live concert from one of the underground scene’s most exciting bands, Hocuspony, and a transporting set from DJ MicroDose — all set in the Kert, in deep symbiosis with nature and the joy of life, just as you’d expect from Dürer Kert.
